Ingredients

20 mins
4 ppl
  • 1 bowlsooji/semolina
  • 3/4 bowlghee
  • 3 bowlwater(I use water on higher side to make it more softer)
  • 3/4 bowlsugar
  • strandsKesar
  • As neededCardamom powder
  • as required Dry fruits according to choice

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Take a pan and roast the suji on low flame for 4 mins..Roast it properly otherwise it will taste raw.once aroma start to come add ghee to it roast it for another 4 mins.

  2. 2

    Other side prepare sugar syrup using water,sugar and strands..Boil it nicely so that the sugar dissolves...At least 10 mins.

  3. 3

    When roasting is done add the sugar syrup into it...And mix nicely for at least 10 mins more...You will see ghee leaving the pan...

  4. 4

    At last add cardamom powder and 1 spoon ghee for extra flavour.

  5. 5

    Garnish it with dryfruits.
