Rub the hilsa fish pieces with salt, turmeric powder,and a little chilli powder and then friedly

Fry the chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and powdered spices in the same oil.Then cook the gravy by adding a little water and the fried fish on low heat for a while.Boil water in another pot and add cardamom,bay leaves salt and rice and boil it till 70% and drain the water.

In a frypan first arrange a layer of rice,then fish and gravy on top.Spread ghee, saffron, kewra water,red chilli,biryani masala and beresta on top.Keep it steamed on medium heat for 20minutes.Then pour it on the plate.Brown rice hilsa biryani is ready.
