Ingredients: 1 pound rotini pasta; 1 red bell pepper chopped; 1 yellow or orange bell pepper chopped; 4 ounce can sliced black olives (drained); 2 cups halved grape tomatoes; 1/2 cup chopped basil; 1 cup grated Parmesan; 1 cup Italian dressing; salt and pepper to taste

Time for lighter quick easy meals. This fills the order. You can add grilled chicken,steak or other protein to your salad and have a complete meal.

1 poundrotini pasta
1red bell pepper chopped
1yellow or orange bell pepper chopped
4 ouncecan sliced black olives (drained)
2 cupshalved grape tomatoes
1/2 cupchopped basil
1 cupgrated Parmesan
1 cupItalian dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Add pasta to a large bowl; add peppers, tomatoes, and olives. Combine, add dressing and mix until well coated.

Stir in basil and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve warm or cold.
