My first recipe using the Lékué steam case. It's really easy, and the fish turns out very tender. Since then, I've used it quite a bit for potatoes and vegetables, it's wonderful.

Ingredients

  1. 2 piecesfresh salmon
  2. 1/2potato
  3. Dill
  4. Salt, olive oil
  5. 1 splashlemon juice
  6. 1little water

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potato and cut it into slices or wedges. Place it on the tray of the steam case. Pour a splash of water under the tray to create steam. Coat the potatoes with olive oil, add salt and dill, and microwave for 3 minutes.

    Take it out of the microwave and place the salmon pieces on top. Add salt and a splash of lemon juice on top and microwave for 4 minutes.
