Firstly pressure cook, raw banana, sweet potato, and potato. Allow it to cool. Peel off the skin and mash it. Now add spices red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander cumin powder, salt, kothmir, and Cornflour as required. Mix well and make it as dough. Keep it in refrigerator for sometime.

Prepare kothmir chutney. In a mixer jar, take kothmir, green chilli, little peanut, salt, lime juice. Use chilled water. And grind it to a fine paste. Adjust salt and water. Keep medium thick consistency. To prepare Masala potato- heat pan put oil, mustard seed, hing, curry leaves, turmeric, boiled potato chopped, and salt. Cook for 5-7 mins. Switch off flame.

Now make round shaped tikki with the dough. Heat tawa with little oil, and shallow fry the tikki till golden brown.

Now assembling the Chaat. Take a plate and place 2 tikki, put kothmir chutney on top of tikki, put masala potato, curd, aloo bhujia sev, masala peanut, pomegranate, little kothmir chutney, tomato sauce little, And kothmir.
