Take Besan in a bowl. Add salt and pinch of turmeric powder. Add water and make a batter. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and whisk again. Set it aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add 1 tsp Baking Powder, whisk again. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut into cubes. Fry them in oil and set aside.

Cut tomato and ginger slice. Make paste. Take all the ground spices in a bowl. Add water and make paste.

Put the masala paste in pan. Start frying. Add salt to taste. Keep sauteing. Add the spice paste. Add water as much needed. Add Gur to taste. Mix well. Cook for few minutes in medium flame till water absorbs the flavour of masala.

Add the fried Dhokas. Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
