Ingredients

  • 250 grmsbeetroot
  • 1/4 cupjaggery
  • 2 tbspnmilk powder
  • 1/2tspcardamom powder
  • 1 tsp clarified butter/ghee
  • as requiredMelon seeds for garnishing
  • as requiredPista for garnishing

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a pan take clarified butter add grated beetroot and saute

    Cook with lid for 5 mins or till beet becomes soft

    Add jaggery and mix well.. when jaggery melts add milk powder and cook till moisture is gone.

    When the mixture becomes soft and thick add melon seeds and pista as garnishing
