Take a pan pour half cup Milk in it and add cardamom in it and let it boil

When it start boiling add tea and remaining milk and sugar in it and boil it for 3 mins

Now pour in cups put the cups in tray

Open biscuit and nimkos packs in plates and adjust the plates in tray and serve with love😍 😍
