Steps

Dry roast moong dal in a pan till golden brown.

Cool it completely. Then put in a mixer jar to coarse texture. Then take a pan, add ghee and saute coarse texture moong dal till slightly brown.

Then add hot milk and water as required. When milk and water get absorbed, add sugar, and mix it.

Add some dryfruits, cardamom powder. When mixture starts leaving the edges of pan and becomes little thick turn off the flame. Garnish with dryfruits. Serve hot.
