Ingredients

20 to 25 mnts
4 people
  • 1 cupsoaked sabudana
  • 5boiled mashed potatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2Chopped green chilli
  • As needed coriander leaves
  • Ghee for frying

Steps

20 to 25 mnts
  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Add boiled mashed potatoes and sabudana, salt, green chilli, coriander leaves. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Make small balls and shape them as tikki or cutlets

  3. 3

    Take a pan. Add ghee heat it well. Add sabudana cutlets in pan.Frying till golden brown

  4. 4

    Serve with chutneys or tea.
