To prepare sandwich filling, add all the veggies in a bowl.

Then add in some salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala and tomato sauce.

Mix all the ingredients and keep it ready to use.

Take 2 bread slices and apply butter on one side of bread slices.

On the other side, spread some ketchup on one bread slice and some grean chutney on the other one.

Place a cheese slice on top and sprinkle some chaat masala and black pepper powder.
Place 2 tomato / onion slices on top.them add 1 tablespoon of Vegetables stuffing. - 7
Close the sandwich with buttered side on top.
Place them on a grill rack and cook them on grill mode for 2 minutes. - 8
After 2 minutes, flip them over and grill for another 2 minutes.
Crunchy grilled veg sandwiches are ready.
