Egg and potato pizza

Slice potatoes thinly add a little bit salt and black pepper, cut onion into dice and green chillies

Pour a tsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan and place sliced potatoes and cook for 1-2 minute on low flame.

In a separate bowl whisk eggs with milk,salt,red chillis powder, onion and green chilli.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over potatoes and cover it with lid and cook for 5-10 minutes on low flame until fully cooked.

Serve hot with ketchup or any of you favourite sauce!!!
