I make these potatoes as a side for several main courses and they’re always a hit!

Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 10-12red potatoes, halved
  2. 1drizzle of olive oil
  3. 1 1/2 tspgarlic, minced
  4. 1 1/2 tspfresh thyme, chopped
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

    Place potatoes cut side down on a rimmed baking sheet lined with tin foil. Place in oven and allow to cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown and soft.
