  • 1zucchini
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 3tomatillos
  • 1green onion
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1-2green chiles
  • salt
  • 1/2 cupcilantro

  1. 1

    In a saucepan, boil a zucchini cut into small cubes and 3 tomatillos for about 5 minutes, then drain and place them in a blender.

    In a small pot, heat 1/2 cup of oil and one or two chiles cut in half until they are browned, then pour them with the oil into the blender.

    Add to the blender: 1/2 cup of cilantro, 1 green onion with the stem, 2 cloves of garlic, and about 3 pinches of salt. Blend and pour into a sauce dish.
