Steps

Soak the rice for minimum 6-7 hours

Grind the rice with scrapped coconut, cooked rice, yeast and sugar. Don't add salt.

Keep it for fermentation minimum 8 hours or overnight.

Next morning, add salt and baking soda and mix it well.

Spread it laddleful batter in the appam kadai. Spread in circle motion. Cover it for 2-3 minutes. Remove it.

Ready to serve. Serve with Veg. Stew
