Sabudana khichadi

Wash sabudana till water clear then soak with water for 20 to 25 minutes,then remove water and keep a side for 5 to 6 hours chopped green chillies, potatoes and Coriander leaves.

Take a pan keep in a gas flame, heat oil add 2 tbsp cumin seeds when crackle add chopped green chillies and fry for 5 minutes, then add boiled potatoes cube, black salt, sugar and little Coriander leaves mix it well for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes add crushed peanuts, little Coriander leaves and white salt as per taste saute for 2 to 3 minutes.

After that add soaked sabudana Coriander leaves mix it well don't cover the lid cook for 5 minutes

Now, our delicious sabudana khichadi us ready to serve serve hot in a serving plate, sprinkle some Coriander leaves you can serve with coconut chutney and curd also.
