  • 4potatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspsweet sake
  • 1 tbspsesame oil

    Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces,exposed to 5~10 minutes watershed.

    When the color of the meat has changed,fry added sugar,soy sauce,sweet sake.

    Break into the whole added to the drained potatoes,the extent of the water soak potatoes half addition,simmer remain high heat with a lid.
