  • ٹماٹر 1 کلو
  • تیل ایک کپ
  • ہرا مصالحہ کٹا ہوا سجاوٹ کے لئے
  • لیموں کے سلائس 6 عدد
  • پیاز 4 عدد درمیانی
  • ادرک لہسن پیسٹ 3 کھانے کے چمچ
  • زردہ رنگ 2 چٹکی لے کر اسے آدھا کپ دودھ میں گھول لیں۔

  1. 1

    تیل گرم کر کے پیاز فرائی کریں اور ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ڈال کے دو منٹ فرائی کر کے چکن کا قیمہ دال کے بھون لیں۔

    قیمے کا رنگ بدل جاۓ تو اس میں ٹماٹر اور بریانی مصالحہ ڈالے کے پکا کے ہری مرچ ڈال کے چولہا بند کردیں۔

    چاول الگ سے ایک کنی رکھ کے ابال لیں۔

    ایک دیگچی میں چاول بچھا کے اوپر گریوی ڈال کے باقی کے چاولوں کی تہہ لگائیں،ہرا مصالحہ چھڑکیں،گھلا ہوا زردہ رنگ چھڑکے اور دم پہ رکھ دیں ۔

    منٹ15 بعد دم کھول کے اس کو سرونگ ڈش میں ڈال کے لیموں کے سلائس سے سجاوٹ کر کے اس کو رائتہ کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
