Lychee Shrikhand

When summer meets royalty in a bowl 💗
Every spoonful 🥄 tastes like a cool breeze on a hot day
The 3 non-negotiable ~
1. Hung curd = no watery mess
2. Fresh pulp for flavor, chunks for bite
3. Chill 2 hrs. Don't even think about rushing it.
See how it holds that perfect scoop 🍨
Color = Luxury
That royal blue bowl against black granite + blush-pink shrikhand + deep rose petals = chef's kiss. The contrast is insane.
