Ingredients

16 oz.Cream cheese, room temp
1 1/2 C.Shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp.Minced onion
2 tsp.Ground cumin
2 Tbsp.Salsa
1 tsp.Minced jalapeño
1bell pepper stem
Cheese flavored tortilla chips
1 bagblue corn tortilla chips

Cooking Instructions

Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, onion, cumin, salsa, and jalapeño until well combined.

Scoop onto plastic wrap and use the wrap to form into a 5 in pumpkin shaped ball. Chill at least 2 hours.

To serve unwrap and roll in crushed cheese flavored tortilla chips and press a bell pepper stem into the top. Serve with blue corn chips.

This was my first time making it and I thought it was really delicious however I originally made it with 1 8 oz can of crushed pineapple but added another 8 oz can to the recipe because I thought it lacked pineapple taste so feel free to use 1 can if you think that would be to much and I will be adding in 1 or 2 minced jalapeños next time as well for a sweet and spicy flavor.
