Cinnamon Apple Cider Cups
Great warming holiday drink. #Halloween
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut a small flat surface on the bottom of the apples to keep them from tipping over.
- 2
Cut the top off of the apples and scoop out the insides. Leave about a 1/4 in widow rim and make sure to not make the sides and bottom not to thin or the cider will leak.
- 3
Heat the apple cider on a pot on the stove top and ladle into hollowed apples.
- 4
Add a cinnamon stick to use as a straw to sip.

Apple Cider Turkey Apple Cider Turkey
I absolutely got the inspiration for this from the BBQ Pit Boys. I used a mix of their recipe and my smoked chicken recipe for filling the cavity and brine. I can't wait until warmer weather so a can try out a spatchcock version of this on the smoker! This is so juicy and packed full of flavor, roasted turkey is no longer just for Thanksgiving. jason williams
