Wash your fish with lemon, and keep aside

In a bowl mix all your spices, seasoning, soy sauce, veg oil and dice onion

Use your hand or brush to apply your mixture to the fish both in and out, then marinade for 1hr, after 1hr fry the fish in a medium heat

Grate your Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic, then add in a pan add oil,seasoning, curry and spices fry for 2mnts then add in fry fish and mix well. Serve and enjoy 😋😋😋
