Mix chick pea flour and jowari flour by adding garlic chilli paste cumin seeds red chilli powder turmeric powder salt mix well... Now add boiled palak and mix gently... Their should ne bo water in palak

Mix well by adding water consistency shud be soft and sticky.. not proper dough... Now grease plate with oil and spread batter on plate evenly

Now keep this for steaming for 20 mins... Later insert tooth pick or knife to see it is properly steamed or not... As it is steamed toothpick or knife will come out glean... If its sticky keep more 5 minutes... As it is steamed... Remove it let it cool and tha cut into pieces

Heat up oil... And deep fry these wadi... Serve hot with sauce or chutney and enjoy palak wadi
