  • 1beetroot
  • 1 tblspn red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspn mustard powder
  • 1tomato
  • 3.4Green chillies
  • 3 tblspnOil
  • 1 tblspn cumin seeds
  • 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut beetroot takes 2 min

  2. 2

    Heat oil add ginger garlic paste with all spices except green chillies

    Saute for 4 mins

    Add beetroots and leave for cooking till gets tender. takes 20 minute

    Remaining 4 min Saute after water dry, garnish with green chillies and mint leaves
