  • 3-4Black pepper

  • -3Whole red chilli
  • 2Green chilli-

  • as neededCashew
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1Potato - small

  1. 1

    Heat a kadahi add oil now roast vermicelli on a low flame till it turns golden brown keep aside

    Now again heat a kadahi add oil muatard seeds tejpatta black pepper add cashew and fry it add onions fry it now add carrot potato green chilli,whole red chilli fry it well for 5 minutes do not overcook

    Now add water in it stir well boil for 3 minutes now add roasted vermicelli in it mix gently cover it with lid and simmer it for 7 minutes

    Now open the lid and mix gently rest it for 5 minutes and it ready to serve and eat
