Ingredients

  • 2 headsbroccoli
  • Shallots
  • Garlic
  • Red curry paste
  • 1small pack of coconut milk
  • 1little salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash broccoli and cut into florets.soak in salt water for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    Heat wok and add oil.Saute shallots and garlic.Then drop in the broccoli.Add curry paste salt and a little water.Simmer and cook until broccoli are cook.Then pour the coconut milk simmer a little then seeve
