Milk porridge is one of the healthy recipes. We can have this as breakfast. Ingredients like Cumin, fengruek and garlic are added in this porridge. All these ingredients helps in digestion, reduces body heat etc. Garlic is one of the best ingredient which helps to reduce cholesterol.
Steps

Wash parboiled rice. Drain the rice from water. Add the washed rice to mixer and broke the rice to a texture given in the picture.

Add the broken rice, cumin, garlic pods, fengruek and 5 to 6 cup of water. Close the lid and cook it till the rice turns to mushy.

To the cooked rice add 5 cup of milk and leave it to boil. We should boil it till both rice and milk gets combined.

At last add dry ginger powder, mix it well and switch off the flame. Milk porridge is ready to serve hot with jaggery.
