Heat mustard oil in a pan then deep fry fish with salt and turmeric powder

Now put some panchforon or kalo jeera in oil then put slices of onion, tomato and spices with little water.

Fry all ingredients until the oil shown in pan and put one cup water and mix the fried pieces of fish.

Give it a boil, your fish curry is ready to serve.
