Today's lunch was baked frittata🍳🍳
Frittata is an egg based Italian dish which is generally filled with pre cooked vegetables and loaded with cheese 🥬🥦🌽🧅🧀
I added onions, capsicum,bell peppers, broccoli,corns,spinach and jalapenos
It's a one pot meal that can be have any time of day
Usually I make frittata in breakfast but today wanted to cut some carbs so made it for lunch!

Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 mins. In the main time saute all the chopped vegetables in pan by adding butter,salt and pepper. layer them in a baking tin.

Now sprinkle half of grated cheese on the top of vegetables.

Now whisk all the eggs and pour them on the top of vegetables. Layer it with rest of cheese.sprinkle some herbs and seasoning and jalepeno according to your taste.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree. Cut into desired shape and serve hot.enjoy!
