  • 2tomatoes
  • 3 tbspsalt
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 4cinemon stick
  • 7cloves
  • 1 tbspzeera
  • 10whole black pepper
  • 1 cupoil

45-50 minutes
  1. 1

    Rice ko glass ke hisab se measure kar lein mery 3 glass bnty hn. Dhoa ke pani dal ke rakh dain

  2. 2

    Pateely mein oil gram karein. Piyaz dal ke itna fry krain ke ye half white hon or half light golden hon.is mein sabat gram masala or chekn dal ke 5 minute tak fri karein

  3. 3

    Sth e adrak lahsan ka paste aur namak daal dain

  4. 4

    Ab is mein tomato or kali mirch powder add karein 2-3 ghoont pani ka cheenta lgaein or bhunen

  5. 5

    Sath e sabz mirch b add kar dein. Jab oil nikl aey to is mein 5 glass pani add karein or cover kar ke pkny rakh dein.

  6. 6

    5 minute tak pani pkna start hojaey ga boil aany lagengy. Ab is mein soaked rice ko achy se nichor ke dalen or achi trah mix karein

  7. 7

    Jab half pani dry hojaey to namak taste karein. Km lgy to thora or add karein

  8. 8

    Pani almost dry ho jaey to isy dum py lagadein. Dhkn ke upar tawa rakh dein or 10-12 minute ke liyedum lgaen.

  9. 9

    Flmae of karein or isy 2 minute baad Opn karein. Achy se mix karein

  10. 10

    Chicken pulao ready ha,raitay aur salad ke sth serve krain
