Bread of your choice(can also be hardened is doesn’t matter)
1egg per slice of bread
50 mlmilk per slice of bread

Crack the eggs and mix well with milk.

Pour mixture on top of bread and let it sit for a few minutes until bread has absorbed the mix.

Place some butter on a pan and turn the heat on.

Cook the bread until it is solid. You can either add brown sugar or maple syrup. Enjoy!!
