Very soft gooey n crunchy from outside.The taste of tikkis is amazing. Corn n potatoes are well combined.
Steps

Boil potatoes n sweet corn. Mash the potatoes. Chop green chillies, coriander leaves. Add salt n pepper, red chilli flakes, oregano. Add potatoes n sweet corn n grate some cheese.

Mix everything well. If you think the mixture is soft n doesn't bind properly add corn flour n mix properly. Keep in fridge for half an hour. Make small ball out of the mixture n dip in corn flour slury n coat with vermicelli

Give it a teardrop shape. Prepare all the tikkis like this. Deep fry them until golden brown.

Serve them with tomato ketchup or your favourite dip.
