Butter-Free Rice Cooker Chocolate Cake Butter-Free Rice Cooker Chocolate Cake
Because this "Butter-Free Sweet Potato Rice Cooker Cake" was so easy but delicious, I tried it with a chocolate flavor!I added a little yogurt to make it less dry. The cake turned out to be moist and I am very proud of this recipe. The number of times you press "Cook" until the cake is done may vary depending on your rice cooker. Please adjust it accordingly. This cake is very moist, so when you check with a bamboo skewer, it may come out with some crumby dough, but if it's not too moist and sticky, it's ok. For 1 cake baked in a 3-rice-cooker-cup capacity rice cooker). Recipe by Kaeha cookpad.japan -
Heart-Shaped Petit Chocolate Cakes For Valentine's Day Heart-Shaped Petit Chocolate Cakes For Valentine's Day
I wanted to make a chocolate recipe that was appropriate for Valentine's Day, so instead of a whole cake, I made petit cut-out heart-shaped cakes. The microwave times are just guidelines, but they are 1 and a half minutes at 600w for both times. For the Step 10 ganache, it's easier to spread it on both sides of the sponge on a sheet of kitchen parchment paper before cutting it out.In Step 16, using a small ice cream spoon worked well. Moist Chocolate Cake Made with Yogurt and Pancake Mix Moist Chocolate Cake Made with Yogurt and Pancake Mix
I wanted to eat a moist chocolate cake, but I'm also watching my calories. So, I decided to try making some with the yogurt I always eat and it was super moist! And it was so delicious. If melting the chocolate in the microwave, only do so if your microwave has an oven function so you can just leave it to melt in the residual heat from the oven. If it looks like it's going to burn while baking, cover with aluminum foil. The cake in the picture was made with 100 g of pancake mix.If you use 80 g of pancake mix, it's more chocolately because the ratio of chocolate is higher. However, this makes it more likely to burn, so be careful! Recipe by tama-ma cookpad.japan -

Very Easy Chocolate Cake Very Easy Chocolate Cake
After making this recipe several times, I came up with this process that works well.I wanted to make the process easy and to have few dishes to wash, so I made this.Things to use are only 2 heatproof bowls, hand mixer (and whisk).I whipped up the eggs without separating and made the process easier. Anyway, just whip it up until it is foamy and thick. If you whip it up thickly even after adding the chocolate, it will be more difficult for the cake to shrink even when it is cold. There are no flours or baking powder in it, so it won't raise so much. Therefore the point is to whip it up stiffly. Recipe by yuyuxyuyu cookpad.japan -
Salmon Sushi Cake for Halloween Salmon Sushi Cake for Halloween
This was a gift for my niece. I was trying to think of something to make for Halloween that doesn't use kabocha and came up with this sushi "cake" made to look like a Jack-O'-Lantern.I really meant to make two layers of salmon, but I didn't have enough so I decided to use thin omelettes instead. You could also use thinly sliced avocado or cucumber. When you line the pan with salmon, if you place it lengthwise, it will look more like a Jack-O'-Lantern. Recipe by Obabakamimizu cookpad.japan
