In large bowl sieve wheat bran first, add salt and moyan some cumin seeds niw mix wel and make medium soft dough with enough water

After resting time we make poori with rolling pin normal as like puri and prick the surface,so puri does not puff up

Now heat oil in kadai and deep fry all puries till golden brown on both sides it becomes more crispy enjoy with hot tea
