Cooking Instructions
- 1
Use room temperature salted butter and beat until softened and well combined. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat the butter for 3-5 minutes until everything is well mixed and the butter is slightly fluffy.
- 2
Sift cake flour and baking powder into the mixture in two batches to ensure it combines well with the beaten butter. Use your palms and the back of your hands to knead until everything is well mixed. The cookie dough should resemble ice cream texture when scraped with a finger.
- 3
To create a unicorn pattern, divide the dough into four parts. Add pink, yellow, blue, and purple food coloring gradually, as it's hard to correct if the color is too intense.
- 4
Once all four colors are mixed, place them back into the bowl and use your palms or the back of your hands to press the dough together. Separate some dough and arrange the colors as desired.
- 5
Today, we're using simple red bean paste filling. Use a 4 cm scoop, starting with the color you want to show first. Scoop about half, spread the dough, add the filling, and cover with a small piece of dough.
- 6
Place in the preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for 15-20 minutes. If selling, bake again to remove moisture at 250°F (120°C) for 10 minutes.
- 7
Try making these for yourself or to sell, and don't forget to share your creations!

Authentic Oreo Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Authentic Oreo Cookies & Cream Ice Cream
I make ice cream almost every day during the summer, and even in winter I make it about twice a week.I've used many recipes as the based and adapted them.If you crush the Oreos in a plastic bag and mix them in from the start to the ice cream mix, the crumbs will make the ice cream look dirty.Break up the Oreo cookies so they don't turn into crumbs. Mix them in halfway through the churning process for a nice finish. The ice cream has to be rested however, or the cookie bits won't be softened enough. If you add the Oreo cookies at the start, the ice cream won't look as nice, but it will taste great. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by Yuichinmama cookpad.japan -
