Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 1-2 lbsground, shredded or cubed meat*
  2. 1medium Onion, chopped
  3. 3 TbsGarlic, minced **
  4. 1-7 ozcan Diced Green Chiles, Do not drain
  5. 1-13 ozcan Corn*** Do not drain
  6. 4-13 ozcans No Salt Added beans, variety****Do not drain
  7. To tasteTaco Seasoning, approx. 3 to 4 packets
  8. Notes
  9. Literally ANY meat or your favorite sub works for this!
  10. * Dude. Garlic is to taste always! Your preference!
  11. ** Try Fire Roasted or Fiesta Style Corn! Delish
  12. ***I use Dark Red, Light Red, Black and Pinto in mine.Colorful!

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In Large Pot add Meat, brown until almost done, drain fat.

  2. 2

    Add Chopped Onion and Minced Garlic, stir occasionally until onions are cooked as ya like and meat is cooked through.

  3. 3

    Add Green Chiles, Corn, Beans. Add Taco Seasoning. Stir well. Bring to boil, turn off and serve.

  4. 4

    Top with cheese, sour cream, cilantro, hot sauce, Corn Chips, Cornbread, etc.
