Steps

Boil water in a deep pan. Add amlas boil for 2 to 3 mins.

Discard seeds & open all the amla flakes.Transfer these flakes into the open plate. Let it dry completely.

Heat kadai or a pan add 2 bowl of water.When water gets boil add Madhuram.

Cook this Madhuram for 3 to 4 min.then add amla flakes in it. Then add salt & black pepper powder mix well.

Cook for another 3 to 5 min.and let flame off.let it cool and transfe it into the jar cover & rest for 2 to 3 days.

Mix it 2 to 3 times a day.let the flakes soaked all the Madhuram automatically.In this way your amla candy will be ready after 4 to 5 days.
