In a bowl add, Soya sauce, honey, schezwan, Peanut butter and make a paste.

In a hot vessel with oil, add -
Garlic
Chilli (Red, fresh)
Ginger
Cook that out on medium-high to high heat - 3
Add paste
Let it sizzle and caramelise it - 4
Boil noodles with water and a pinch of salt.

Add noodles on super high heat. Toss around. Let noodles sit for a while in pan

Garnish it with crushed peanuts and green onion
