Farsi Puri is a gujarati famous crispy snacks , all loves to enjoy with tea, chutney etc.. It is prepared from main ingredient is Maida, we can store it for many days in an air tight container, black pepper and jeera enhances its taste..
Steps

Sieve maida, add salt, hot oil, jeera, crushed black pepper, til, mix well. Now knead a semi hard dough, adding gradually water as needed.

Cover a lid, keep aside for 15 minutes. Then again mix well dough by applying little oil, make smooth..

Now roll a big chappati, take any round cutter, make same size of round puris, make a small slits on around puri with the help of a knife, so it can't be blow, and make crispy.. Make all puris, and keep on kitchen towel to dry little bit, so dry puri easy to fry crispy. Sides of dough of chappati, take again add more dough,make puris again.. Repeat same process..

Take a frying pan, pour oil to deep fry puris, turn on gas flame on medium flame. Add puris fry till it turn golden pinkish in colour and crispy from both sides..Fry all puris in same process.

Farsi puri is ready.. Make it cool completely, then store it in an air tight container..
