Steps

Firstly roast By Mawa until it becomes remove pan.

Further add sugar, after add sugar Mawa become watery, roast Mawa again.

Now add rose leaves, rose essence, rose colour and cardamom powder and combined well.

Now keep a side for cool down. and give shape of rose roll. And garnish with watermelon seeds or silver wark.

Finally rose roll ready to serve.
