2big eggplants
100 gminced beef
1/2onion
1 tablespoonMiso
1 tablespoonsugar
1 teaspoonsoy sauce
1 teaspoonsesame oil

Steps

Cut eggplants half and hollow out.

Chop contents of eggplant and onion. And mix all with seasonings.

Flour eggplant and put beef mixture inside. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle chili powder to taste. Enjoy 💕
