Turkey Lasagna roll

Brown the turkey meat and onions, add minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian, 1 tbsp parsley and bouillon. Add the diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cook on low for about 20 min.

Boil lasagna noodles till they are soft enough to roll. Drain and lay them out flat on a tray.

In a bowl mix ricotta and parsley.

On a noodle spread a spoonful of ricotta then top with meat sauce and roll. Repeat until all the noodles are rolled. You might have to add more sauce as you roll. After you roll all noodles top with remaining sauce and shredded cheese. Cook at 350 until all cheese is melted about 20 min.
