Take a bowl, mix all the things together and make a soft dough

Knead the dough for 10 minutes, Take small portion from that dough then make rotis out of it, then spread little amount of ghee and Sprinkle Rice flour on each Roti.

Keep one Roti above, complet4 Roti in same process, Roll it, cut into piecs.

Gently roll each pieces, then deep fry in slow flame.

Grind one tablespoon of sugar and one cardamom and make a fine powder. And Sprinkle this sugar powder from top on Chiroti.
