500 gspaghetti
3 tablespoonsolive oil
2 tablespoonscrushed garlic
200 gbacon, diced
1 can (410 g)Indian style peeled & diced tomatoes with curry leave
100 mlgrated Cheddar cheese

Steps

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and al dente. Drain and keep aside.

In a saucepan heat oil and sauté bacon and garlic.

Add tomatoes and heat through about 3 minutes.

Transfer pasta to a serving bowl and top with bacon sauce.

Garnish with grated cheese and serve.
