First in a heavy bottom pan or kadhai add ghee heat it then add suji and gram flour Keep stirring and begin to roast on a medium low heat. Keep roasting and stirring non stop till the besan smells aromatic and turns deep golden color.

When The flour will absorb all of the ghee and become lumpy at this stage add cardamom powder.mix well then turn off the flame.transfer this in a plate. allowing it to cool slightly.when it is slightly warm add bura sugar and mix well.

Now take small amount of mixture and roll to balls.garnish with pistachio. Store them in a air tight jar.
