First of all we will take 350 gms maida and add a little salt oil and celery in it. Now knead it a little tight with the help of hot water and keep it for 30 minutes.

Now in the same way add salt, red chilli, dal masala as per taste and knead it.Now keep it for 30 minutes too.

Now make small balls of fine flour and roll them.Similarly, you will make small balls of gram flour and roll them.

Now, you will place gram flour on the roti. And now again, on this side, you will take a little bit of rolled bread and roll it.Now we will cut them into round shapes, both small and big.

Now we will heat the oil in a pan and fry them on low heat.In this way, our all-purpose flour kachoris are ready. We will let them harden.Now we will serve them with green chutney.
