Firstly make the dough,,take a bowl add maida,and add salt and ajwain and oil and mix well..and now by adding Lukewarm water slightly to make a tight dough...and let it rest for 40 mins..

Mean while prepare aloo masala,take a kadai add oil,,add jeera and all dry masala add butter and boiled and mashed aloo..and cook for 5 mins on low flame..you can also add matar

Now make equal portions and make balls out of dough...and take 1 ball and roll it and cut it into half and by making shape of samosa fill masala in the samosa and seal by applying water and make rest as same

Now add oil in kadai and let it gets hot on high flame..and when it's hot put the flame from high to medium..and when oil is medium hot add samosa and fry till nice golden crisp..

Yummy kurkure khasta samosa ready..serve it with chai..
