Dahi Vada

Soak the dal together for overnight or minimum 8 hours. Grind it with some water. Add coarsed pepper and jeera. Add salt and green chillies finely chopped.

Start making vada in the hot oil.

Take buttermilk, add salt. Soak all the vada in the buttermilk. Keep it for some time.

For serving, press the vada gently. Add beaten curd on that. Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder, add some salt if you like. Add some green chutney and sweet Tamarind chuteny. Ready to serve. Serve cool
