Dry roast the moong dal and grind with the rice make a fine powder

Now in a bowl add 2 cups of powder (rice + dal flour), salt, butter, til mix well.

Make a soft dough by adding water
- 4
Now take a portion from the dough and fill in the murukku mould press them in the oil. Fry them until it becomes golden brown in colour
- 5
After it cools down store them in a air tight container
