  • Sweet potato
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cabbage
  • Onion
  • Green pepper

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and wash

    Cut vegetables and set aside

  3. 3

    Put oil on heat and start frying the potatoes

    Stir well to fry completely

  5. 5

    Remove potato from oil and sieve to remove the excess oil

  6. 6

    Serve hot with sauce
